隧道臺車是由鋼模板、臺車架、模板支撐調整機構(含液壓系統)、行走機構、電氣控制系統等五大部分組成,具有自動行走、液壓自動定位脫模的優點。

隧道臺車構造原理

1、模板是根據施工襯砌面輪廓加工而成,由頂模和側模組成。頂模和側模之間采用鉸接,相同模板之間采用螺栓聯結。兩側模板根據需要可調換成直墻模板或曲墻模板,在頂模中部通過安裝不同寬度的加寬塊,可以做到一個臺車用于不同加寬斷面的襯砌。側模上開工作窗口,用于混凝土澆注和搗固。

2、臺車架用于支撐和固定模板,承受傳遞襯砌時混凝土的重量。

3、模板支撐調整機構用于操作模板立模、定位、固定、脫模等,并將混凝土重量傳遞給臺車架和地面。一般由液壓控制系統通過油缸的伸縮達到模板的立模定位及收模的作用,用千斤頂絲杠支撐固定模板。

4、行走機構使臺車沿鋪設的鋼軌行駛到所需襯砌的位置。

5、電器控制系統用于行走電機、油泵電機、臺車照明部分的電氣操作控制和保護。臺車通過立模、混凝土澆注、脫模、行走這四個工作過程,即可完成臺車襯砌的整個作業。
